Proving the Model
Each acquisition is an opportunity to demonstrate underwriting discipline, operator relationships, and execution. We target several individual acquisitions during this phase to establish a verifiable performance history.
Trimark Investors Fund I
After establishing a track record, we intend to launch Trimark Investors Fund I, a discretionary investment vehicle that allows investors to participate in a diversified Houston portfolio rather than individual deals.
The transition to a fund vehicle is a goal, not a guarantee. Subject to market conditions and regulatory requirements.
